Great Expectations

GERARD COOKE plays the role of BOWDEN in episode 2; a prisoner at Newgate Prison who is on death row, along with his friend Ackland. They are about to be hung for a crime they repeatedly claim they didn’t do. London lawyer Mr Jaggers shows up to exonerate one of them at the last minute. But who is to be spared?

The cast includes Olivia Colman - who will star as Miss Havisham - alongside Fionn Whitehead, Ashley Thomas, Johnny Harris, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Hayley Squires, Owen McDonnell, Trystan Gravelle, Matt Berry, Rudi Dharmalingam, Tom Sweet, Bronte Carmichael and Laurie Ogden.
